5. Confirmation System in Financial Investment
Identify the dominant trend, evaluate trend strength, and confirm the current market state.
Markets constantly shift between bullish, bearish, corrective, and sideways phases. A strong trend can enter a period of weakness, and a correction can develop into a new trend. Looking only at whether price is rising or falling is therefore not enough to assess the market context.
Trading against the trend is like trying to swim against a powerful current. Successful traders do not try to predict the future; they wait patiently for trend confirmation and follow the footprints of smart money.
Many investors lose money not because they lack technical indicators, but because they misjudge the dominant trend or enter too early, before the trend has been confirmed. Getting ahead of the market often leads to blindly picking tops and bottoms, and accounts can suffer heavy losses when the market keeps moving with strong momentum.
In this course, learners are guided to identify the dominant trend, evaluate trend strength, recognize overbought and oversold zones, identify dynamic support and resistance, and observe market range and volatility.
The course places particular focus on recognizing signs of trend weakness and trend change. This helps traders assess whether the market is continuing its current trend, entering a correction, or showing signs of shifting into a new state.
The goal is not to predict whether the market will rise or fall, but to build a systematic frame of reference for observing and confirming trends, giving traders a stronger foundation for developing trading scenarios.
Prerequisite Knowledge: Learners should understand Japanese Candlesticks, basic support/resistance, and wave structure. Completing the previous courses in the Ebila AI learning system is recommended.
Learning Equipment: A PC or laptop with Ebila AI and MT4 or MT5 installed for studying and practicing directly on price charts.
Practice Time: Dedicate at least 30–45 minutes per day to reviewing charts, marking swing highs and lows, and checking historical trend signals.

Assess Market Range and Volatility: Recognize whether the market is expanding or contracting its range, and choose a suitable trading approach.
